  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 3-5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 300g ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 bell peppers (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 100g angel hair pasta

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and fry until golden. Remove garlic and set aside.
  2. In the same saucepan, add ground beef and cook until slightly golden. Stir in soy sauce for about 10 seconds.
  3. Incorporate bell peppers and fried garlic into the beef mixture, cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until peppers are softened.
  4. Cook pasta in boiling water until 80% done. Combine with the beef sauce, adding rice wine and pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
