  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1.5 tbsp cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and shredded carrots. Mix well.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate; then mix in Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the oat mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least for one hour).
  4. In the morning, top with additional carrot shreds and pecans before serving.
