  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup milk (for biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp; cook until pink (3-4 minutes). Stir in crab meat and frozen mixed vegetables.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the seafood mixture; gradually add seafood stock and heavy cream while stirring. Simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes). Season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the filling to a greased baking dish.
  5. Prepare the biscuit topping by mixing Cheddar Bay biscuit mix with shredded cheddar cheese and milk until a dough forms. Spoon over the filling.
