  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 7 ounces cremini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Riesling
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

  2. Fry bacon until crispy; set aside, leaving some fat in the skillet.
  3. Season and cook chicken until golden; remove from skillet.

  5. Stir in Riesling, reduce by half, then add cream, bacon, and chicken back to skillet.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
