  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 jalapeno (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups easy 5-minute salsa
  • 2 cups Mexican street corn dip
  • Assorted chips (tortilla, potato, pita)

Instructions

  1. In separate mixing bowls, combine the ingredients for each dip: sour cream-based dip, spicy dip with mayonnaise and hot sauce, and the avocado dip.
  2. Mix each dip well until smooth, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Transfer the dips into serving bowls and arrange them on a large serving platter.
  4. Surround the dips with a variety of chips for dipping.
