  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter with brown and white sugars until well mixed. Add the egg and vanilla, stirring until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for approximately 11-12 minutes until golden brown but still soft in the center. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for at least ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
