  6. Divide dough into three pieces; shape into logs and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle rolled oats on top and let rise again for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F.
  8. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown; cool on wire rack before slicing.
