Ingredients

  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Chive and onion cream cheese
  • Fresh spinach (or frozen)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Long-grain white rice
  • Yellow onion
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
