  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups diced dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions in salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with 1/3 cup of dill pickle juice.
  3. Chop the pickles, cheese, and onion into small pieces.
  4. Add the chopped ingredients to the pasta and stir to mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining pickle juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until evenly coated.
