  • 10 g instant yeast
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 15 g honey
  • 35 ml sunflower oil
  • 225 ml water
  • 40 g butter
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 700 g chicken thighs
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 g cayenne powder
  • 2 g coriander powder
  • 3 g garlic powder
  • 3 g onion powder
  • 3 g red bell pepper powder
  • 2 g cumin powder
  • 100 g Algerienne sauce
  • 20 g sweet soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, yeast, yogurt, honey, oil, and water in a bowl. Knead until smooth and let rise for one hour.
  2. Roll out the dough into circles and layer with butter and cheese. Cut into triangles.
  3. Shape each triangle into crescents and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cook chicken in olive oil with spices until golden; mix with sauces.
  6. Fill baked crescents with chicken mixture.
