  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • Rice wine vinegar
