  • 1 ¼ lb sirloin steak, cut into ½ inch cubes
  • ¼ cup ghee or butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Remove potatoes from the pan. Increase heat to medium-high and add remaining ghee. Sear steak pieces seasoned with salt and pepper until golden (about 2-4 minutes).
  4. Combine potatoes with steak in the skillet; stir well. Adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
