  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package biscuit or pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Stir in minced garlic until fragrant. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Mix the cooled beef with cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the dough into 3-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in each square, seal tightly into balls, and arrange them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic over each ball and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and serve warm.
