  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4-1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons veggie broth
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water and cook brown rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Mince garlic finely and sauté in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, veggie broth, sesame oil, honey/maple syrup, and sriracha until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet with garlic and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
