  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 4 stalks green onion, finely chopped
  • juice of ½ large lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer until fluffy.
  2. Finely chop the celery and green onions.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, chopped celery and green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir until well mixed; adjust seasoning if desired.
