  • 450 grams ground lamb (or any ground meat)
  • 1 grated onion (processed into a paste with 1 tsp water)
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion paste, garlic, salt, paprika, oregano, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture in half and shape each portion into thin rectangles on parchment paper.
  4. Roll the meat tightly like a flat rope and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes until cooked through.
