  • 1 cup peach preserves

  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons honey for drizzle
  • Sugar crystals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Alternately add the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture until just combined.
