  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • Vegetable Oil and Sesame Oil for frying
