  • 300 g Orzo Nudeln
  • 250 g Kirschtomaten
  • 150 g Mozzarella
  • 80-100 g Rucola
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 50 g Pinienkerne
  • 3 EL Olivenöl
  • 1 EL weißer Balsamico
  • Saft und Abrieb von ½ Bio Zitrone
  • Gewürze: Salz, Pfeffer, italienische Kräuter

  1. Cook orzo according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. While cooking, halve cherry tomatoes and dice mozzarella.
