  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with half the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the breaded chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Place cooked chicken in a baking dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and mozzarella with minced garlic; top each chicken breast with this mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
