  • 4 slices ham (Black Forest or Honey)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 2 eggs (or plant-based milk)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  2. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick.
