  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 11×7 inch baking pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars together until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, folding in chopped apples and cinnamon.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. For the glaze, mix melted butter, maple syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon; drizzle over cooled blondies before slicing.
