  • 1 (16oz) package of refrigerated cookie dough
  • 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • Optional: Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions; set aside.
  3. Divide cookie dough into 12 balls and press each into the bottom of muffin cups.
  4. Place a Reese's peanut butter cup upside down on each cookie layer.
  5. Top with brownie batter until muffin cups are about 90% full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until brownie batter is cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
