  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
  3. Cook until the mixture releases from the pan edges. Pour into a greased baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Roll chilled mixture into small balls and coat in granulated sugar.
