  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1.5 cups broth (chicken/beef/vegetable)
  • 1 serving noodles
  • Toppings: hard-boiled egg, sesame seeds, chili oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, diced green onions, and sugar.
  3. Heat neutral oil in a pot until smoking; pour over the garlic mixture.
  4. Add gochujang, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the bowl; stir well.
  5. Pour hot broth into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the soup base and top with hard-boiled eggs, sesame seeds, green onions, and chili oil before serving.
