  • 1 bag (10 oz) vanilla flavored melting wafers
  • Red & green sprinkles for decoration

  2. Crush the sugar cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies with softened cream cheese; mix thoroughly with hands.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  5. Melt the vanilla wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each truffle, letting excess drip off.
  6. Return coated truffles to the cookie sheet and freeze for another 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle remaining melted wafers over truffles and sprinkle with red & green sprinkles.
